Orpheline

Beautiful!  It captures physically the innocence of youth, yet her expression belies the innocence has been, and still is, giving way to experience, learning, and especially reality.  Her big eyes and red hair add to the overall portrait.  I have grandsons and nieces & nephews like this.  As a grandfather, it pulls at my heart and brings tears to my eyes; I want to reach out and hold her, telling her it will be alright.  I can't say enough wonderful things about this portrait!  Thank you so very, very much!
